Why this two-week meal planner works
Planning weekly is good; planning a fortnight is more efficient. You shop less often, spread ingredients across two weeks so less gets wasted, and line up your meals with a fortnightly paycheck. Fourteen dinners decided in one sitting is a lot of 6pm stress removed in advance.
How to use it
- Print the PDF (US Letter or A4) and label week 1 and week 2.
- Pencil in dinners for both weeks — lean on repeats and planned leftovers.
- Build one big grocery list from the plan and shop for the fortnight in one trip.
