Why this grocery list works

A scribbled list sends you zig-zagging across the store and still misses the milk. This one is sorted by section — produce, dairy and eggs, meat and fish, pantry, frozen, and a catch-all — so you fill your trolley in one smooth loop and the checkbox makes sure nothing gets left behind.

How to use it

  1. Print the PDF (US Letter or A4) — keep a stack on the fridge.
  2. Add items under the right category through the week as you run low.
  3. Tick them off as they go in the trolley. Whatever’s left unchecked is what you still need.

Pairs well with: Weekly Meal Planner · Monthly Meal Planner · Monthly Budget Planner

Questions

Why is the list split into categories?+

Because a list sorted by aisle — produce, dairy, pantry — means you walk the store once instead of doubling back. It's a small thing that saves real time.

Can I use it with the meal planner?+

That's the idea. Plan the week on the meal planner, then add what you need to this list as you go. Plan once, shop once.
