Why this to-do list works
Most to-do lists fail because everything looks equally urgent. This one starts with a top-3 box — the three things that actually have to happen today — before a longer checkbox list for everything else. There’s a slim sidebar for water, appointments and a “tomorrow” parking lot so stray thoughts don’t derail you.
How to use it
- Print the PDF at actual size (Letter or A4).
- Write your top 3 first thing, before email opens the floodgates.
- Brain-dump everything else into the checklist, then cross off as you go — the satisfying part.
