Why this habit tracker works
Habits stick when you can see the streak. List your habits down the side, the days across the top, and fill a square every day you show up. The growing row of marks becomes its own motivation — and missing one day stops feeling like failure when the rest of the row is full.
How to use it
- Print the PDF (Letter or A4) and write the month at the top.
- List three to five habits you actually want to build — start smaller than feels exciting.
- Fill in a square each day you do them. Aim for “don’t break the chain,” not perfection.
