Why this mood tracker works
A single bad day feels enormous; a month of squares puts it in context. Colour one in each day and, without any effort, you start to see your patterns — the Sunday dips, the better weeks when you slept well. Awareness is the whole point, and it takes ten seconds a day.
How to use it
- Print the PDF (US Letter or A4) and write the month at the top.
- Assign a colour to each mood in the key.
- At the end of each day, colour that day’s square. Look back at month’s end and notice what the colours are telling you.
