Why this bill tracker works

Late fees almost never happen because you can’t pay — they happen because a bill slipped your mind. This tracker puts every bill, its due date, its amount and a paid checkbox in one simple table. One glance tells you what’s still outstanding.

How to use it

  1. Print the PDF (US Letter or A4) at the start of the month.
  2. List each bill with its due date and amount.
  3. Tick the paid box as you go. Anything unchecked near month-end is your to-do list.

Pairs well with: Monthly Budget Planner · Debt Payoff Tracker · Savings Tracker

Questions

How is this different from a budget planner?+

The budget planner is about the whole month's money; this is a single focused checklist of what's due and whether you've paid it — the thing that actually stops late fees.

Can I use it for subscriptions too?+

Yes. List streaming, gym, software — anything recurring. Seeing them all in one column is also the quickest way to spot subscriptions worth cancelling.
