Why this weekly budget works
A month is a long time to hold a plan together; a week is bite-sized. Shorter horizons mean quicker feedback — you see the overspend on Wednesday, not on the 28th — and a fresh start is only ever a few days away. Money in, spending, set aside: simple enough to actually keep up.
How to use it
- Print the PDF (US Letter or A4) and write the week at the top.
- Note the money coming in, then plan your spending for the week.
- Decide what to set aside first, and check in mid-week so Friday holds no surprises.
